Pass Australia includes a structured Mentoring Program for each Trainee. This program component is conducted from the time the Trainee enters our program and doesn’t conclude until the Trainee has completed the program and has been placed in a successful ‘earn or learn’ pathway.
Each Trainee in the ‘Pass Australia Indigenous Youth Careers Pathway Program’© is provided with a dedicated Program Team. This program team includes a Program Coordinator, 2 x Senior Coaches and 1 x Careers Pathway Officer. This team is responsible for the Trainees Progress and Wellbeing throughout the duration of their time at Pass Australia. The Program Coordinator and two Senior Coaches work closely with each Trainee in their group on a weekly basis ensuring this Trainee is strongly supported and fostered through the program. The Careers Pathway Officer engages with the Trainee a minimum of 8 times throughout the 2 Year Program.
