i. Incremental Responsibility
The Indigenous leadership and mentoring program immediately grants trainees responsibility over primary school aged children, requiring them to become positive role models and demonstrate effective peer leadership. Area Coordinators delegate increasing levels of responsibility as students progress through their traineeship. At completion of traineeship students will be able to plan, promote and deliver sports programs to community groups.
ii. Term Reports
Students receive term reports from their Area Coordinator as feedback on their performance, attitude and appearance competencies. These reports provide positive reinforcement and recommendations for improvement.
iii. Year 12 Profiling
Pass currently works in conjunction with Sarina Russo Apprenticeship services to assist students with the development of individualised career profiles that examines their interests, abilities and career aspirations. This profile prompts students to consider further study or employment after school. Pass seeks to support trainees as they pursue opportunities that lead to their career aspirations.
